One of my favorite meals to serve the kidlets is a monkey platter. Why? Because we can keep on keepin' on while we eat. What? A platter of fun, delicious, healthy food you can eat with your monkey-hands.
It's always a challenge to include plenty of food that is easy to eat and satisfies the major food requirements (fruits & veggies, protein, good carbs). Plus, the goal is to eat food that you ONLY eat with your hands. No utensils required.
These platters of monkey food fed 5 kids (11, 11, 7, 6, and 20 months). They gobbled it up!
Contents: turkey-roni, cheese, watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, homemade starfish crackers, tortilla chips and chicken nuggets. Kid-friendly!
